These terms apply when you request or receive mobile detailing services from SD Mobile Services.

Booking requests submitted through this site are requests, not confirmed appointments. An appointment is confirmed once we contact you with a time window.

Because we work on location, we need safe, legal access to the vehicle and, where applicable, access to the parking area. If conditions at the location prevent safe work, we may reschedule.

Results vary with the condition, age, and materials of each vehicle. We describe expected outcomes honestly and will tell you before service if something is unlikely to fully correct.

Pricing, scope, cancellation, and rescheduling terms are confirmed with you before the appointment. Please give as much notice as possible if you need to change a booking.
